Chocolate Avocado Brownies
Chocolate Avocado Brownies are a healthy alternative to the usual butter/oil + two cups of sugar brownies. For this recipe, I am using avocados in place of the oil, and I am using maple syrup in place of the refind sugar. Spoiler alert: they taste delicious. And they will nip that chocolate craving in the bud.
Wanna hear something even cooler? We are making them in the blender. Yep, they are that easy folks. How much more do you like these healthy avocado brownies now?
These avocado brownies did not last long in the house. You'll notice I cheated a bit + added a bit of powdered sugar on top for serving, but I mean how much powdered sugar equals to a sprinkling? Barely anything right? You could use cocout sugar or just sea salt if you are really sticking to your healthy guns. Unfortunately, I'm not that dedicated all the time.
